MS 625. The Supremes. Sing Country Western & Pop ‎(LP, Album). Maybe more on the pop side than country, it is a very enjoyable concept album (CD) by the "Terrific Trio. It's an interesting format that was intended to showcase the versatility of Mary Wilson, Diana Ross, and Florence Ballard (it is my understanding that this is also one of the first albums "The Andantes" have widely contributed to the backing vocals). The CD offers material that is lesser known than from the group's more popular hits

1974 greatest hits album by The Supremes. The Anthology series of The Supremes' releases began in 1974 with a three-disc compilation album that surpassed in scope any releases previously compiled to represent "one of the 1960s' most popular groups". The three-album set not only included all of the R&B hits and most of the pop hits of the Supremes, but also included several tracks of. the band's more experimental material, including forays made by the band into 1960s British pop, country music and musical theatre. The Supremes Sing Country, Western and Pop (1965). We Remember Sam Cooke (1965). Merry Christmas (1965).
