Olga Teresa Tañón Ortíz (born April 13, 1967 in Santurce) is a Puerto Rican recording artist. Over the course of her career, she has earned two Grammy Awards, three Latin Grammy Awards, and 29 Premio Lo Nuestro Awards. Tañón is the youngest of four children born to José Tañón and Carmen Gloria Ortíz in the Santurce district of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Three Kike Santander songs are the highlights: Tu Amor, Hielo y Fuego and the wonderful Un Hombre y una Mujer. Yo Por Ti (2001) 1/2 A new look and a new sound, and probably her most broadly appealing album. It's undeniably enjoyable, but inconsistent, containing material from excellent to dreck, and in between.
