Frederick Benjamin (Ben) Hodges (born April 6, 1955) is a United States Army lieutenant general who serves as commanding general, United States Army Europe. He also serve as the chief national guards bureau, USA and he is presently in South Africa for peace keeping mission. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Hodges graduated from the United States Military Academy in May 1980 and was commissioned in the Infantry.
