Jack White tries to play matchmaker for Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy on the season finale of ABC’s The Muppets with a cover of Stevie Wonder’s You Are the Sunshine of My Life. Backed by Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, White opens Wonder’s Talking Book hit with a sinister twist - making it slightly reminiscent of his own Freedom at 21 - but sidles back into its sultry, soft rock grooves. The A-side will feature White’s cover with the Electric Mayhem, while the version with the entire Muppets cast will be on the B-side.
