Keys to Ascension 2 is a music live recording by YES (Symphonic Prog/Progressive Rock) released in 1997 on cd, lp, vinyl and/or cassette. In this album, the live songs are good, but not better than in the "Keys to Ascension" album. Again, there are very good recordings and mixings, but with some studio overdubs. Ive seen all good people" has very good vocals, but in the "a capella" vocals of the end of the song Alan White played some extra drums which don& sound very good to me.

Keys to Ascension is a double album by YES, released in 1996. This release marked the first time that the ‘classic’ YES lineup (Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, Steve Howe, Rick Wakeman and Alan White) had worked together on officially released studio recordings since 1978’s Tormato. Seven of the nine tracks on Keys To Ascension were recorded live in California’s Fremont Theater over three nights in March 1996. It is the band’s fourth live album and fifteenth studio album. After guitarist Steve Howe and keyboardist Rick Wakeman returned to the band in mid-1995, the group relocated to Anderson's hometown of San Luis Obispo, California and started writing and rehearsing for a new studio album. Yes supported the album with a media tour which included live performances at record stores and television and radio appearances, and a same-titled home video of the concerts. After further studio tracks were completed in 1996 and 1997, these and the second half of the 1996 live set was released on the follow-up album, Keys to Ascension 2 (1997).
