This song is from the album The Six Million Names of God. This song is relaxing.

référencement The Six Million Names Of God, CD, Album, exlpcd 0304. This release had a profound effect on me, particularly during my first listen to it; it was an experience I will always remember. It's not often these days that music makes my body tingle and shiver, but certain tracks on this album most definately had that effect on me, especially on that initial hearing. So with good reason I was quite anxious to get my hands on it. I've listened to it through and through by now and it still continues to amaze me. It's like the best aspects of electronica's vast array of stylistic approaches are merged into a piece of music shimmering with beauty.

Blu Mar Ten's first track to be released was "The Fountain", "Lunar" in 1996 on Way Out Records. The track appeared on compilations and was named by Fabio as his 'tune of the year'. This was followed by the Blu Mar Ten remix of Erykah Badu's first single "On & On" for MCA Records, which reached the top 10 music chart. Following these releases Blu Mar Ten were offered a long-term deal by LTJ Bukem's Good Looking Records. September 2003 saw the release of the first Blu Mar Ten album following their split with Good Looking Records, The Six Million Names of God, on Exceptional Records. The LP represented work from 1997 through to 2003 and focused on the downbeat side of the duo than the dance floor material for which they were initially recognised. The album featured collaborations with Blame (720 Recordings, Charged), Nor Elle (Plastic City) and Fink (Ninja Tune).

It's not often these days that music makes my body tingle and shiver, but certain tracks on this album most definately had that effect on me, especially on that initial hearing. I only wish that more music had this same quality about it. This album was an impressive debut for the camden duo.

I wasn't even aware of the fact Blu Mar Ten released this LP until recently which is odd because they've always been one of my favorite producers in drum and bass. So with good reason I was quite anxious to get my hands on it. I've listened to it through and through by now and it still continues to amaze me. It's like the best aspects of electronica's vast array of stylistic approaches are merged into a piece of music shimmering with beauty. Not to mention the acoustic influences heard in tracks like 'Apnea'. This is the stuff you hear in your dreams.
