1) The first pirate does not have 'MASTERED BY KOCH' on the back of the actual CD.
2) The second pirate version does have 'MASTERED BY KOCH' but in a different font (see the pictures, the genuine one does not has the characters K O C H separated by some white space) and the inner circle on the front of the disc is transparent and not black. This second edition also seems to be numbered.
Both editions also have a much darker front sleeve where you will for instance see less white on the chin.

Formed in Teignmouth, Devon in 1994, the band signed with Mushroom Records in the United Kingdom and Maverick Records in the United States before releasing their debut album Showbiz in 1999.
