A live version of the song, recorded for Songs for Tibet: The Art of Peace, earned a 2009 Grammy nomination. Far Cry," Snakes & Arrows (2007). Magic from the first mammoth power chord, "Far Cry" is peak modern Rush in every sense. The arrangement showcases each member equally – check Peart's dancing hi-hats and Lee's soulful bass on the verses, or the way Lifeson alternates between a bluesy crunch and phased textures. But it's more than just virtuosity here: Lee's vocal melody unfurls hook after hook, peaking with the descending slide into "I can get back o.

The Rush Hour family has a strong sense of pride in always working with and feeding off that impulse and faith, rather than working for the mighty dollar or bottom line. Over the last few years more album releases were added to the catalog, Aardvarck, Beat Dimensions, Carl Craig, Comtron and Kenny Larkin. However, the label will hang on to its Limited series (LTD), a 12 series that will act as an outlet for acting on impulse and create an environment for growth. The label will continue to release a mix of local and international talent and more established names. Wherever Rush Hour goes you can be sure its not driven by hype and/or money. Its a company from the heart and soul. A passion that wont stop.
