the idea behind this compilation was that every artist produces 1 Drum`n bass Dancefloortrack and one kinda slower Downbeat track .This goal wasn`t achieved everytime and gives the whole cd-set no real flow . they should have put all the dancefloor-tunes on cd1 and the downbeat stuff on cd 2 instead of putting the slow and fast trax back2back.that way,it might have worked better . Not bad though ..

Yes I so agree with this. For me this album was also a mess as I loved some of the tracks but felt disappointed by others, which I think was compounded by the fast / slow track pacing and placement too.
