Two of us used to be in Joe Ninety and two of us used to be in Fig. although that was a long time ago so to keep mentioning it seems a little redundant. The Dauntless Elite formed in late 2003 from previous bands Joe Ninety & Fi. The band released a 6 track EP on the amazing Plan–it–X Records (home to bands like Ghost Mice, One Reason & Japanther!) called Security– which you can also get on 10" vinyl from Somebody's Song Records. A split 7" with The Mercury League from Sunderland on Yo Yo Records of Germany should be out by the time you read this. Also their first full length album, titled Graft, will be out in May. The CD release will be a split release with Plan It X records (US) and ourselves while the gatefold vinyl release will be a split between Bombed Out and the band's own Cool Tool Records label.
