Worlds is the debut studio album by the American electronic music producer Porter Robinson, released on August 12, 2014 by Astralwerks in the United States and by Virgin EMI Records internationally. I saw Robinson when I was 7 years old. He was older then; having just wrapped production on Soylent Green with Charlton Heston. Years later I wished I had said hello but I really didn’t know who he was at the time. I had been tagging along with my dad who worked with Russell Thacher at MGM. I really feel he was under -appreciated. Films like Larceny and Woman in the Window were instant classics. His genuine likability came through in his performances and in all his films you find yourself rooting for his character. He was rough and ruthless, but sounded more like a film noir gangster.
