Ethical & Socially Responsible. The mission of Black Ivory Coffee is to take a negative situation, namely human-elephant conflict and turn it into a positive one by creating a luxury product that helps not hurts elephants. It must also taste great, be distinctive and create a lasting, positive and memorable experience for the guest. We aim to serve Black Ivory Coffee in the finest five star hotels and Michelin restaurants in the world.

Black Ivory Coffee is a brand of coffee produced by the Black Ivory Coffee Company Ltd in northern Thailand from Arabica coffee beans consumed by elephants and collected from their waste. The taste of Black Ivory coffee is influenced by elephants' digestive enzymes, which breaks down the coffee's protein. The coffee beans are digested within 15 to 70 hours, and are present with various other ingredients in the elephants' stomachs, which imparts specific flavors to the product.

You failed to mention the track in question, ie "White Winds". Also, I feel it needs to be said that PJ excised the excess bilge quite well, retaining the beautiful snip that needed hammering, subsequently hammering it home with aplomb. Critically, though, I reckon Johnson could've pitched his effort down as I always found it too fast to actually use in any of my sets...
