Thanks to this, I came to know the jazz figure of pianist Mike Taylor, who co-wrote numbers with Baker for the power trio CREAM and died tragically young. CD1 focuses in the decade of the sixites: Graham Bond Organisation, CREAM and Blind Faith. Then come the solo work of Ginger, including a terrific version of "Early in the Morning" with African taste, reinforced with seminal tracks of the live recording Mr. Baker did with the terrific Nigerian artist, Fela Kuti. CD 2 focuses on this material and recordings Mr. Baker did with the Air Force and his solo career, like "Coward of the Country"
