The self-titled debut album of Black Tiger was recorded at Tanzan Music Studio during the year 2017. The album offers the mix of AOR and melodic Hard Rock with the emphasis on strong melodies, big choruses, rich guitars, interesting arrangements, and clear and powerful sound.

Black Tiger is the fourth studio album by American hard rock/heavy metal band Y&T, released in 1982 through A&M Records. It was recorded at Ridge Farm, in Dorking, County of Surrey, England and produced by Max Norman. The classic Y&T logo makes its first appearance on the cover of this record. When Y&T performed at the 2015 Steelhouse Festival they played every track of the Black Tiger album which had vocals. They also played tracks from Earthshaker, Facemelter, and Mean Streak.
