Description

Welcome To Violence" is quite destructured (or the structure is too complex), while the other tracks are more straight in your face, perhaps not too challenging, but boy do they do the damage! What is the point of all this mayhem? "The point is of no return! And you've reached it!" Reply Notify me Helpful.

Violence is the third album by the Washington, . based alternative metal band Nothingface. The album was released on September 5, 2000, via TVT Records  . The timing was so terrible. We were about a week or less from going into the studio at this point I think. Stuff was booked and paid for to record Violence and we had tours starting to line up for after the studio as well. What I ended up doing is taking a couple of different meds with me up to Vancouver when we recorded the record and trying different ones to see if any of them worked. Of course, none of them really did unfortunately.

This is one of my favourite nasties of all time. Rigid, frenetic and bruitalist. It reaches beyond breakcore and into a more minimalistic territory... savage.

One of the most dancefloor-friendly Praxis releases. Hard, punishing speedy breakcore taking no prisoners.
