The final result is more than pleasing. The result is Poseidon, an album that exceeds in sounding both heavy and sophisticated. While Face The Colossus was in no way Dagoba gone soft, with tracks like "Face The Colossus", "The Nightfall And All Its Mistakes", and "Sudden Death" bringing us undoubtedly heavy metal cuts, I did miss some of that pure crushing force that What Hell Is About packed, whilst listening to it. Poseidon on its part fixes that problem, finding a solid middle ground between the two aforementioned albums.

Poseidon is the fourth full-length studio album released by French metal band Dagoba. It was released on August 30, 2010 through the French record label XIII Bis Records. The album was recorded at Hyperion Studio in Marseille, France with producer "Brew" Varea and was mixed by Dave Chang at Philia Studio in England Track listing.

Dagoba (band) – Dagoba is a French extreme metal band formed in 1997 by vocalist Shawter. Following many line-up changes, Franky Costanza joined the band in mid-1998, while Werther, Izakar, in 2001, Dagoba signed on Enternote Records and recorded its first EP, Release the Fury, in digipak format and accompanied by a video for Rush. Dagobas 4th album, Poseidon, was released August 30,2010, dagobas fifth album, Post Mortem Nihil Est was released on 27 May 2013.
