Ray Turner (born in 1958), is an American artist known primarily for his portrait and landscape paintings. Turner lives and works in Pasadena, California. Turner is represented by Rivera & Rivera in Los Angeles by Peter Mendenhall Gallery, Pasadena, CA, Santa Fe and by Toomey Tourell Fine Art in San Francisco.

Eric Ray Turner (September 20, 1968 – May 28, 2000) was a safety who played for the Cleveland Browns, the Baltimore Ravens and the Oakland Raiders. He died of stomach cancer at the age of 31, two weeks after claiming he was not gravely ill. He was buried at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura, California. Turner attended Ventura High School and then played college football at UCLA where he was an All-American in 1990. Nicknamed "E-Rock" by his teammates, Turner drew comparisons to former Bruins great Don Rogers
The group released an album, co-produced by Lawson and wife Julie, in 2007, and in 2011 they appeared on NBC's music competition show, "The Sing-Off. In 2015, he released his only solo album, "Just a Mortal Ma. A documentary on Lawson is in the works and is expected to be released later this year. 25, 2016: Influential honky-tonk singer Jean Shepard, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, has died at age 82. Shepard's first hit single, 1953's "A Dear John Letter," was a duet with Ferlin Husky. The disc topped the country charts and crossed over to the pop Top 10.
Ray Edward 'Eddie' Cochran (October 3, 1938–April 17, 1960) was an American rock and roll pioneer who in his brief career had a lasting influence on rock music. Cochran's rockabilly songs, such as "C'mon Everybody", "Somethin' Else", and "Summertime Blues", captured teenage frustration and desire in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
