Transatlantic is a multinational progressive rock supergroup consisting of Neal Morse (ex-Spock's Beard), Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings), Pete Trewavas (Marillion, Edison's Children) and Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater). They formed in 1999 as a side project to their full-time bands, but disbanded in 2002. They then reunited in 2009. More Never Is Enough. I think "Whirld Tour" is the better album (winning by a nose). I just didn't go for the midway collapse of "Stranger In Your Soul" where they toss the song aside and start goofing off. It's a joke that doesn't work, and winds up marring a wonderful song. But Transatlantic is (are?) the best band currently working anywhere in the music industry. They're usually a 5-star band. I've seen them live and I have all their releases. More precisely, this 5-disc release features two additional concerts of the band: On the 2 DVDs the 3-hour concert in Tilburg (Netherlands) and on the 3 CDs an audio recording of the Manchester show are captured for eternity.
