The Young Rascals is the debut album by rock band The Young Rascals. The album was released on March 28, 1966, and rose to on the Billboard Top LPs chart and in Cashbox. Most of the songs on The Young Rascals were covers of songs written or originally performed by other artists, with only "Do You Feel It" authored by the band.

The album was released on 4 September 1995 through Warner Bros. After a-ha went on a hiatus in 1994, Harket began recording Wild Seed with British record producer Christopher Neil, who previously worked with the band on their fourth studio album, East of the Sun, West of the Moon (1990). Wild Seed charted at number one in Norway and at number 89 in the United Kingdom.
