Not only is the leader on top form, but he finds himself in good company. Marcus Miller contributes some great bass lines and solos, Hamish Stuart (formerly of the AWB) sings a great version of the Al Green classic "Love and Happiness", whilst there are fine touches by guitarist Hiram Bullock. This is a live album, which means Sanborn gets more of a chance to stretch out than on many of his other, more clinical studio albums
