Bananarama is the second album released by British girl group Bananarama. Released in 1984, the album peaked at n. 6 on the UK album chart, also reaching the US top 40 album chart and was certified Silver by the BPI. The group continued their association with producers Jolley & Swain (who had produced some tracks on their debut album, Deep Sea Skiving). With this album, Bananarama had their first significant .

Exotica is the eighth studio album released by the British female vocal duo Bananarama. This is Bananarama's third album as a duo, and was produced by Pascal Caubet and issued only in France in 2001 on the M6 Interactions label. The work is a combination of new compositions along with re-recordings of past Bananarama hits, including a Latin pop version of the . and UK Top 10 hit, "Cruel Summer".

Bananarama is a British Pop/Hi-NRG/Dance duo of singer-songwriters, formerly a trio, that formed in London, United Kingdom in 1981. Originally formed by members are Sarah Dallin, Siobhan Fahey and Keren Woodward. Early successful singles were collaborations with Fun Boy Three. They built their success on albums released during the 80's, with their most successful being the Wow! album. Guinness Book of World Records listed Bananarama as the most successful British girl group in history. They still hold the record for the most chart entries in the UK by a girl group.
