The Queen Album is a solo cover album of the band Queen by Elaine Paige. It was released in 1988 and peaked at No. 51 in the UK in November 1988. Queen of the South tells the powerful story of Teresa Mendoza, a woman who is forced to run and seek refuge in America after her drug-dealing boyfriend is unexpectedly murdered in Mexico. The exterior shots of the club Camilla uses are of the world famous Lizard Lounge, including the side entrance seen at the end of episode 3. The interior is an entirely different building altogether as the floor space is much larger than any inside the Lizard Lounge, and lacks its trademark stained glass windows.
