Rising Sun is the second Korean studio album by South Korean pop group TVXQ, released on September 12, 2005 by . Musicians such as Yoo Young Jin, Kenzie, Hwang Sung Je and All-4-One's Jamie Jones contributed to the songs. The year 2007 is said to be K-pop's biggest slump in sales in South Korea, with the highest selling album by SG Wannabe at only 190,998 copies sold. TVXQ's "Rising Sun" still managed to make it onto the Korean Top 100 yearly charts, despite its release in 2005

House of the Rising Sun is a 1976 album by American jazz musician Idris Muhammad. The House Of The Rising Sun" (featuring David Sanborn). Baia ( Boogie Bump )". "Hard To Face The Music". Theme For New York City". Pipe Stem" (CD Bonus Track). I Know You Don't Want Me No More" (CD Bonus Track). Note: The original vinyl album contains only the first six tracks. Idris Muhammad - drums. Will Lee, Wilbur Bascomb - bass. Eric Gale, Joe Beck - guitar.
My two cents is that while there are a fistful of unquestionable techno bangers on "The rising sun", the album as a whole goes absolutely nowhere. It has no flow, and is mostly made of repetitive and recycled loops layed over uninetresting percussion and trivial bass lines. Extremely well produced though, but shallow, and to be honest, substandard for a release forged by Joey Beltram.

From the title track which opens the album, with Austin reaching the breaking point in her delivery, to the stunningly funky groove in Ashford and Simpson's "Hard to Face the Music," to the minor key funk of the Chopin-adapted theme in "Theme for New York City," to "Sudan"'s triple-timed drums and killer Eastern-tinged hooks, and a read of. the Meters' "Hey Pocky A-Way," with Eric Gale's dirty finger poppin' bass atop McCracken's bluesed-out slide work, this is a steaming, no let-up album
