The World Is a Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid to Die (sometimes shortened to The World Is a Beautiful Place, The World Is, or just TWIABP) is an American emo band formed in Willimantic, Connecticut, in 2009.
With the world a tap away I’m convinced almost anyone can look good for 15 seconds. For 5 minutes, though? That’s a bit more of a challenge. Take a look and then decide. With the invention of social media there is more skate content out there than there are minutes in the day. Who is who? What is what? Which one should you like? What should you watch? The moment could be over before it even begins and all that hard work could turn into all that lost time. Spotting, developing, and executing something one sees as valuable has seemingly become a test of endurance these days and a race to the finish line.
Our world is a smaller place, now as you all may know that the word World actually represents the whole of human civilization since the beginning of time, our experiences, history and also the human condition in general. The human race is divided by continents, space time and economic differences that should actually enlarge our world instead of the opposite but well, Globalisation as I said is the drive that makes us humans break boundaries that have been set up by nature. First of all, we humans have learnt to break the boundaries of being across various continents by the invention of the airplane or aeroplane. Technology is another culprit behind the act of making the world a smaller place; this has been done by the invention of new gadgets and gizmos that enable us to reach out to one another. We have already, on many occasions, reached new heights and breakthroughs that diminish space time.
