Margot & the Nuclear So and So's is an American rock band from Indianapolis, Indiana. Between 2006 and 2014, the band released 6 full-length albums. The band's founding members, Richard Edwards and Andy Fry, met while teens. Eventually, in 2004, the two formed Margot & the Nuclear So and So's, named after the character Margot in Wes Anderson's 2001 film The Royal Tenenbaums.

LP (12" album, 33 rpm). Margot & the Nuclear So and So's Format: Vinyl. Margot and the Nuclear So and So's formed in Indianapolis, IN in 2006. The band quickly gained a strong following, and after heavy US touring, Artemis Records signed the band to release "The Dust of Retreat. Margot released their sophomore record on Epic Records, with whom they signed in 2007. Animal! was released in 2008 amidst band/label controversy; two albums were actually released, Animal! was the band's track listing, and Not Animal was the label's. With 2010's Buzzard, Margot brings a more aggressive and streamlined sound.
