It's not often we get an EP with two original tracks on it these days, with the tendency to release one original and one remix being the norm of late. So it was quite refreshing to see Daniel Wanrooy's second release on this label - the other being Superstitious (ITWT 382-5) back in 2006 - containing two unique tracks: Three Bridges, and Sunshine, spanning almost 17 minutes. Incidentally, you may recall Dance Nation also releasing a track named Sunshine on this label many years ago, and it currently remains one of only two track name replications in the label's eleven-year history, with the other replication being Solitude; a track name for both The Quest (ITWT 310-5), and Phynn (ITWT 376-5). Three Bridges comes to life at around the 3.40 mark, with a purposeful build-up and descends into a familiar melody at 4.58 which makes the track very danceable, albeit in a kind of chilled-out way. It is certainly a progressive piece, and is not too dissimilar to Wanrooy's Superstitious, and Red Alert. Sunshine is the better of the two tracks, with a catchier melody. I enjoyed it the first time I listened to it. The track changes its structure at around the 2.53 mark to something resembling an electronic military march. As the beats kick in, the track pulses some more. However, it is not until 4.52 until the primary melody really comes to the forefront, although this again takes a backseat to the supposed military march one minute later. At 6.40 both of these attributes come together to provide the finale to this enjoyable track.
