Nothing from Nothing was the first mini-album recorded by Ayumi Hamasaki, featuring Dohzi-T and DJ Bass and released on December 1, 1995. After the album failed to chart, her talent agency and record label, Nippon Columbia, dropped her. The album is now out of print. Due to her subsequent success, it is generally considered a collector's item. Copies of the album have become sought-after items within her fan base.

NOTHING FROM NOTHING was the first and only album released by the hip-hop unit AYUMI featuring DOHZI-T and DJ BASS. The group consisted of Ayumi Hamasaki, Mitsuru " Dohzi-T" Takasue, & DJ BASS. Dohzi-T (also spelled Douji-T) has had a successful solo rap career since about 2001, working with artists such as Koyanagi Yuki, JUJU, Miliyah Kato, CHEMISTRY, and Shota Shimizu.

NOTHING FROM NOTHING is the first mini-album recorded by Hamasaki Ayumi, and released by AYUMI featuring DOHZI-T & DJ BASS. It is Hamasaki's only album released through Nippon Columbia. It was released a few months after the self-titled single. Much like the single the EP is made up of R&B influenced music and it is produced by DJ BASS, featuring raps by AYUMI and DOHZI-T.
