I do NOT own anything. Duran Duran ( also known as The Wedding Album) is the seventh studio album by Duran Duran. It was released on 11 February 1993.

Duran Duran is the debut studio album by English new wave band Duran Duran. It was released on 15 June 1981 by EMI. The album reached number three on the UK Albums Chart and remained in the UK top 100 for 118 weeks, achieving platinum status by December 1982. The initial US release was unsuccessful, though the album was reissued there in 1983 following the success of the band's second album, Rio, reached number 10 on the US Billboard 200, and spent 87 weeks on that chart.

Decade is a greatest hits album by Duran Duran, released on 15 November 1989 (see 1989 in music). The remix single "Burning the Ground" was released to radio to promote this album. It was created by producer John Jones by mixing snippets of the band's biggest hits from the previous decade into a new piece of music. However, the track was not included on the Decade album itself. The tracks "My Own Way" and "New Moon on Monday" were also not included, even though both were top 20 hits in the UK.

I was a Duran fan in the 80s, and this album has great fun with their best 80s songs. Rio" and "Hungry Like the Wolf" are Laugh Out Loud funny, and very well done. Save A Prayer", I have to say, is even more hauntingly beautiful than than the original. The rest of the covers are a mixed bag - some good, some not so good.

Duran Duran: Are an English new wave band formed in Birmingham in 1978. The band were one of the most successful acts of the 1980s, but by the end of the decade, membership and music style changes challenged the band before a resurgence in the early 1990s. The group were a leading band in the MTV-driven Second British Invasion of the US in the 1980s. They achieved 14 singles in the top 10 of the UK Singles Chart and 21 in the US Billboard Hot 100, and have sold over 100 million records worldwide. Duran Duran today have dropped a brand new music video for The Edge of America, a song off their 1988 album Big Thing. It was created in collaboration with media artist and engineer David Medina. Demos for the album were written and recorded at AIR Studios in late 1980, while one of Duran Duran's influences, the band Japan, was recording Gentlemen Take Polaroids just down the hall.

Duran Duran came back out of nowhere in early 1993 with a new album and a huge hit, "Ordinary World. Taken on its own terms, Duran Duran (The Wedding Album) works every bit as well as Duran Duran, Rio, or Seven and the Ragged Tiger
