Album Pocketful of Poetry. Pocketful Of Poetry Lyrics. I don't do well if I'm kept behind This office desk inside It makes me loose my mind Which wanders endlessly Where all the birds fly freely With their silhouettes In perfect symmetry. People all good lovingly they tell me Do as you should, all will be well, they say Life is a test, please give the best answer A or B or C, pick one instantly What if there's so much more to me'. I got a pocketful of poetry I've got a head full of songs A heart with wings You couldn't tie me down to anything And that's enough for me. More on Genius. Pocketful Of Poetry" Track Info. Pocketful of Poetry Mindy Gledhill.

Building on their debut album, The Chemical Brothers’ Dig Your Own Hole represents the zenith of their big beat take on the all-conquering Britpop. The indie-psych crossover theme was, however, most notable of all on album closer ‘The Private Psychedelic Reel’, a nine-minute single which featured reverb-soaked clarinet input from hazy American psych-rockers Mercury Rev. In another trendsetting move, it managed to be folk-tinged, yet still tooled up for the modern dancefloor. Dig Your Own Hole built on the duo’s debut, and set the tone for the rest of their career to date.
