Deviate, Volume 2’ is the second of a two-volume series by eXpanseplane, the brainchild of Philadelphia-based composer Jesse Berg. Following up on eXpanseplane’s Chant Records debut ‘Tranzjenik,’ ‘Deviate’ draws on the depth and breadth of electronic music as well as avant-garde jazz and classical music. The result is a surreal, dense, layered journey into the outer reaches of dark electronica for uncertain times.

One and One Is One is the debut studio album by English dance music group Joi, released on 23 February 1999 by Real World Records. One and One Is One takes its title from a metaphysical Bengali poem. The album mixes the Farook and Haroon Shamsher's club interests with their regard for ancestral folk roots. It fuses drum and bass, techno, breakbeats and hip hop with traditional Asian. sounds of sitar, flutes and tablas.
