Pete Parsons is a legend, everything he touched is top notch

Utterly classic 12". I've always been pretty sure that the credited mixes are the wrong way round; the 'Speed mix' belongs to the slightly longer track with more laid back beats and soft string washes. 'Speed' almost certainly refers to Fabio and LTJ Bukem's club night that started in 1994, and the mix mentioned would definitely fit in with the vibe of tracks that were played at Speed at the time.

Great tune, good set opener with the Malcolm X narrative, simple and clean beat with a solid kick drum.
