Surrender is the third studio album by English electronic music duo The Chemical Brothers. It was released on 21 June 1999 in the United Kingdom by Freestyle Dust and Virgin Records and in the United States by Astralwerks. The album saw the duo exploring further various electronic styles, including house music. Four singles were released from the album: "Hey Boy Hey Girl", "Let Forever Be", "Out of Control", and "Music: Response".

The Chemical Brothers will release a new, fully expanded version of their classic third album 'Surrender" this Autumn! The deluxe reissue will feature the original 1999 album with previously unreleased ˜Secret Psychedelic Mixes"™ of Surrender album tracks, as well as a selection of the remixes from the time. There's also a DVD of restored promo videos and film of their legendary Glastonbury 2000 performance (still reckoned to have drawn the biggest ever crowd to the Pyramid Stage).

The irony here is that even considering the changes, Surrender still feels very similar to its predecessors. The focus on wave-of-sound production, buckets full of old-school vocal samples, and various sirens and beatbox effects sound like they were lifted wholesale from their breakout album, Dig Your Own Hole, or their first release, Exit Planet Dust
