Lost Soul is a Polish technical death metal band established in 1990 in Wrocław. Lost Soul has released four studio album, which have been highly acclaimed by both fans and journalists If The Dead Can Speak". The band was set up in 1990 in Wrocław by singer and guitar player Jacek Grecki, bass player Tomasz Fornalski and drummer Adam Sierżęga. First songs were recorded two years later and released as demo Eternal Darkness. Another demo Superior Ignotum recorded in Fors Studio in Czech Republic came out in 1993. In 1995 Lost Soul signed a deal with. Re-recorded Superior Ignotum was combined together with two extra songs from the first recording of the band.

The Übermensch grasps the earthly world with relish and gratitude. It is the perfect balance between these three elements that distinguishes the band from other genre contenders. LOST SOUL recorded their first demo tape in 1993. 10 prime cuts comprising the album make LOST SOUL one of the strongest hope of the Polish scene - a position certainly reflected in the annual Top 2000 charts. In May 2002 the band signs a three-album deal with Empire Records; "Ubermensch (Death of God)" is the first result of the contract.
