Joan Constance "Joanie" Bartels (born May 21, 1953, Dorchester, Massachusetts) is an American children's singer and occasional actress. Her 1985 album, Lullaby Magic, was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America in 1992. Dreamland is her last album to date.
