Reise, Reise is the fourth studio album by Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein. It was released on 27 September 2004 through Universal Music in Germany and followed shortly by its release across Europe. It was later released in North America through Republic Records on 16 November 2004. Recorded in a span of two years at El Cortijo Studios in Málaga, Spain, the album was produced by the band themselves along with Swedish record producer Jacob Hellner.
Reise, Reise is the fourth album by Rammstein. It was released on September 27, 2004. The working titles of the album were Amore, Rosenrot and Rot. During the recording sessions for this album, the band recorded and finalized 17 songs. Six of them were later released on the album Rosenrot. These were: Rosenrot. Wo bist du. Zerstören. Hilf mir. Feuer und Wasser.
Reise, Reise (German pronunciation:, a German wake-up call, literally (a)rise, (a)rise, although it can also be interpreted as meaning journey, journey, or as a command travel, travel ) is Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein’s fourth studio album. It was released on September 27, 2004 in Germany and followed shortly by its release across Europe. It was released in North America on November 16, 2004. The album was recorded in a span of two years at El Cortijo Studios in Málaga, Spain. It was produced by the band themselves along with Swedish record producer Jacob Hellner
Reise, Reise ("Journey, journey") is Rammstein's fourth album. It was released on 27 September 2004. As used in Reise, Reise aufstehen! Kommt hoch nach alter Seemannsart, the album name is an old sailor's expression to waken other sailors, hence the translation of the title would be "Arise, arise", as seen in the song of the same name. Given Rammstein's propensity to use puns, a double meaning could well be intended, in which case the title would also translate to "Journey, journey".
