Frogcircus is a rock band from Berlin (Germany), originally formed in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain) in 1996. Frogcircus was founded in 1996 by Singer/Guitarist Stone (born Antonio J. Pérez Alonso) in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain). After the split of previous bands like Luger and Vicious Soul, Stone recruited bassist Mariano Gracia and drummer Juan Manuel Cuadrado and recorded the first band demos "Drunken Sailors' Ritual" (1996) and "The Chinese Sideburns" (1997).

1999, the first plate Acid Jokes was published in Ajo Records, produced by Jorge Casañas and Frogcircus. This year, they were invited by the . television network HBO to Los Angeles to present the album in a shipment. Furthermore Frogcircus played at Campus Rock Festival as a headliner along with the Spanish rock band Dover, and joint concerts with Nada Surf, The Godfathers and Mick Taylor. Shortly after the introduction of Miguel Arencibia (drums) and Miguel Ballesteros (E -Bass ) the band moved to Berlin, where it was taken from the label Thorhammer under contract.

Allergic is the third album by Spanish/German rock band Frogcircus. It was released on the German label Soja Music in 2005. The album was recorded in two halves during 2003, the drums and bass tracks at TB Sound Studio in Treuenbrietzen (Germany) by Jürgen Block, and the guitars and vocals at Baraka 3R Studio (Gran Canaria) by Ramón G. Tubío. Additional recordings and mixing took place at Rotor Tonstudio in Berlin with independent engineer Mirsat Neziraj

Studio album by Frogcircus. Additional recordings were made at Estudio Canarias Rock in Arinaga (Gran Canaria). The album title is taken from a verse in the song "Fuzz Prophet".

In 1998, guitarist Jorge Casañas and drummer José Llobet entered the band, and 1999 saw the release of the first album Acid Jokes on Ajo Records under the production of Jorge Casañas and Frogcircus. That year, the band appeared at a special feature show on United States-Television channel HBO to premiere the record, and also headlined the Campus Rock Festival together with Spanish rockers Dover, as well as appearances with Nada Surf, The Godfathers and Mick Taylor.
