Chronicles II is the second of a two parts re-recorded hits compilation by German progressive rock band Eloy. The album has been released in 1994 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the band. The first part Chronicles I has been released the preceding year. Chronicles II contains songs from the years 1984-1992 and from the albums Metromania (1984), Ra (1988) and Destination (1992).

In 1995 they released their debut-album "Digital ist besser" (Digital is better) followed by their second album "Nach der verlorenen Zeit" (After the Lost Time) only a few months later. Their third album, released in 1996, was the first to hit the German charts. The music got more complex over time, their lyrics less direct, resulting in a sound that was compared to that of Pavement on Tocotronic's 1999 album ". 2000: Freiburg V . The Misfits is a boxed set of material by the horror punk band the Misfits, released in 1996 by Caroline Records. Packaged in a coffin-shaped, velvet-lined box, the set includes four compact discs covering most of the band's recorded material from the years when Glenn Danzig was their singer and songwriter.

Profile of the performer Misfits: The Misfits are an American horror-themed punk rock band from Lodi, New Jersey. Formed in early 1977, they took the band name from Marilyn Monroe's last film and in fact, thanked the cast of the movie on the back of their first record. This CD was compiled by Glenn Danzig himself, so the cuts that make it here are quality  . Don't get me wrong, it's still a great song and it beats the crap out of the new Nofx album, but I don't think it should have been on this cd. If it was up to me, I would have 'Die Die My Darling' on here instead of 'Attitude'. After this are three typical Misfits songs, 'Horror Hotel', 'Halloween' and 'Halloween II'. The first of these is fast paced and has a great lead in to a killer chorus with 'say something, say something, you wanna start something with me?!'.
