Bringer of Pain on suomalaisen metalliyhtye Battle Beastin neljäs studioalbumi, joka julkaistiin 17. helmikuuta 2017 levymerkillä Nuclear Blast. Formed in 2008, BATTLE BEAST won the Wacken Metal Battle back in 2010. Followed by signing a record deal with German metal powerhouse Nuclear Blast and releasing their highly-acclaimed debut album Steel (2012), the band were seen touring successfully with their labelmates, symphonic metal masters NIGHTWISH. After the arrival of new frontwoman Noora Louhimo in 2012, the release of their self-titled sophomore record (2013) delivered them support slots for well-known bands such as SONATA ARCTICA and POWERWOLF among others. The cover art is mainly involved with the title track of the album, Bringer Of Pain which - obviously - is about this super evil female character destroying stuff.

Battle Beast still have plenty more to offer and 'Bringer of Pain' will not be anywhere near the top 10, However, don’t take 'Bringer of Pain' with 100% seriousness and maybe you will just about enjoy i. But ever since then they’ve just been getting less interesting with each subsequent album. Their last one Unholy Savior had some good cuts but then really dropped off in its second half - and now we have Bringer Of Pain, which just feels ultimately disposable throughout.
