Edward Bear was a Toronto-based Canadian pop-rock group, formed originally in 1966 by Larry Evoy and Craig Hemming. Marks left the band the following year and was succeeded by Roger Ellis. The band had several chart successes in the early 1970s before disbanding in 1974.

Songs like "You, Me and Mexico," and the trilogy of "Masquerade," "Last Song," and "Close Your Eyes" (it's neat to have them back to back on this release) will either evoke fond smiles or pained shudders.
